Earthschooling's motto is that you do not have to fit into a "standard box", certain curriculum or typical situation to give your child the best education.

Earthmothering's motto is similar - we believe that you do not need to fit into a "standard relationship box", certain traditional relationship or typical situation to give your child the best mothering.

Earthmothering is dedicated to:

1. Supporting mothers who may feel overwhelmed or alone in their parenting.

2. Supporting mothers who are divorced, widowed or otherwise alone or often feel alone (because of husbands that travel or do not participate in family life regularly).

3. Sharing ideas for becoming a "whole mother" in a situation where there is not community or spousal support at home.

4. Providing a venue for these mothers to speak about the topic of homeschooling, earthschooling or providing enrichment outside of school to enhance a child's school experience.
